Colorado College–East Campus Housing

The nine building cluster – including a community center and commons – can house 154 student residents in a plan designed to foster community. Hanbury Architects of Virginia Beach, Virginia, designed the complex.

  • Consists of five separate buildings, totaling 58,500 SF
  • Four of the structures are 3-stories and provide 154 beds for students Additionally, there is a 2-story community center for the residents.
  • The college managed the demolition of 2 existing homes on site, as well as the over lot grading, and site utility work.
  • The design firm is Hanbury Evans Wright Vlattas + Company from Virginia
