  • Consists of 5 separate buildings, totaling 58,500 SF.
  • Four of the structures are 3-stories and provide 154 beds for students. Additionally, there is a 2- story community center for the residents.
  • The college managed the demolition of 2 existing homes on site, as well as the over lot grading, and site utility work.
