Colorado College – East Campus Housing
The nine building cluster – including a community center and commons – can house 154 student residents in a plan designed to foster community. Hanbury Architects of Virginia Beach, Virginia, designed the complex.
- Consists of 5 separate buildings, totaling 58,500 SF.
- Four of the structures are 3-stories and provide 154 beds for students. Additionally, there is a 2- story community center for the residents.
- The college managed the demolition of 2 existing homes on site, as well as the over lot grading, and site utility work.
