The new project includes the construction of a 5-story residential complex. The complex will consist of 35 apartments—28 studio and micro floorplans directed toward professionals working in the Cherry Creek area. The apartments range from 300 SF to approximately 800 SF, studio and 1 bedroom units to maximize the site and create livable units in a highly walkable neighborhood.
The 135 Adams micro-housing project provides to the Cherry Creek North Neighborhood a previously unavailable opportunity for housing diversity. By utilizing the City of Denvers Small Lot Parking Exemption, the project decouples housing and parking to deliver attainable housing to booming Denver submarket.
