Charlie Graft has been a construction professional his entire career--more than 40 years. "I'm one of those lucky people who knew what he wanted to do at a very young age-and I'm thrilled that I've been able to do it. Better yet, I still love it." Charlie joined GH Phipps 10 years ago as a Vice President and project executive, overseeing such projects as the University of Colorado Critical Care Tower and INVESCO Field at Mile High. Prior to joining GH Phipps, he was employed by McCarthy Building Companies for 28 years, a national contractor specializing in hospital and healthcare construction.
In 2008, Charlie served as president of the Associated General Contractors of Colorado. He is on the board of directors of the Exempla Good Samaritan Medical Center Foundation, Northern Economic Development Council and Safe2Tell. He recently served as a Trustee of the Carpenters' and Millwrights' Benefits Trust Fund. He is a veteran of the United State Army and has been a member of the Carpenters Union since 1968.

Charlie is an avid golfer, hunter, and fisherman and is a native of St. Louis, Missouri.
